全てにおいて平均点が高い。港から15分歩くがこの街の地形的には十分満足出来る近さだったしホテルの人の対応も満足の出来る者であった。

we stayed at Hotel Rivage for one night in September and we had a very pleasant stay. Our room had a balcony looking onto the Marina and was beautiful. its about a 5 min walk to the piazza tasso which is the main centre and approx 5-10mins walk from the bus/train station. the location is ideal for a city break. Food was good and reception we received was very good also. Really liked this Hotel. Very clean and our room was so comfortable.

as we only stayed in the Rivage one night we really did not encounter any difficulties. we had to check out at 6.15am the next morn and there were no problems in that regard either.

We liked the location of the Hotel and the staff were very nice and friendly. We travelled with our Chow Maddie and the staff loved her. Room was very clean, although our room 107 backed onto the street and when the staff came and went it was very noisy. Restaurant had great views across the bay, We got a code for the Wi fi and we had a great connection.

We thought it was expensive for parking at the Hotel at 12 Euros per day. Also found it strange that there was a mini bar with nothing at all in it !!!

Lovely, would be nice if there are small swimmingpool. Internet connectios WiFi was bad.

We had a nice, clean and quiet room, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was fantastic by the main street close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc. A great choice for us, would definitely go back!

excellent value for money, in a good position for a three star in sorrento

getting a bit tired in some areas ,broken toilet seat for instance,toilets serving bar area not really up to standard

We had a lovely balcony with a sea view. The hotel is in a good location near the city centre which worked as a perfect base to explore the area around Sorrento. The staff were friendly and can speak fluent english.

The breakfast although offering many options was a bit samey. Mainly bread and cake based.

The room was big and comfy. Also it was spotless which is always a plus. I was given a code for free wifi and the restaurant was really very good.

We were not able to use internet from our room. We had to go to the common area. The rooms were not cleaned well.

Large enough rooms and quiet. Spacious communal lounge area on our floor with a balcony over looking the water.

Breakfast had no English/ Australian offerings but that has become expected

smelly room, aircon not working, rude unhelpful staff, noisy street, really hot room even though hot outside.....just genrally really poor experience and no one seemed to want to help make it better. glad we only stayed last night

Staff are freindly and can converse in english our room was very clean and had a large bathroom the beds were made every day .we had clean towels every day and hot water throughout our stay breakfast was ok but needed a top up fry up to get you through the day you can get eggs bacon sausages 100 yards down the road all in all this is a good value for money hotel would stay again if we ever return to sorrento

The hotel was ideally situated for the beach and for shopping. The views where superb, we could see the sea and mountains from our bedroom.

The breakfast wasnt great, should be a lot more variety but other than that everything was fine and good value for money.
